Can I pay using credit cards registered in a non-GBP currency?
Yes, however, when converting prices to another currency or when an item is charged to a credit card, a slight price variation of between 2 and 5% may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates and credit card company charges.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We deliver our Products worldwide however, there are restrictions on some Products for certain International Delivery Destinations. Please ensure you review your own country's restrictions carefully before ordering Products.
If you order Products from our site for delivery to an International Delivery Destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
How do I return a product? When will I get a refund?
Returns for our customers in the United Kingdom are free. Unfortunately we are currently not able to provide free returns for our international customers and the costs of returning the Product is to be covered by yourself.
Should you wish to return your delivery, you have 14 days from the date of the Shipping Notification to do so. To cancel your order and arrange a refund you just need to let us know that you have decided to do so. When we have received notice that you wish to return your Product we will send you the necessary documentation to return the Product using our chosen supplier.
We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay. If you used vouchers to pay for the Product we may refund you in vouchers.Your refund will be processed as soon as possible however, some banks may take longer for the refund to appear. If you have not received your refund within 10 days of confirmation of your refund, please do get in touch with our Customer Service Team.
My product does not correspond with what I ordered. What should I do?
If your item is faulty or does not correspond with the item presented on HOLI.ORG.UK you may return it or exchange it, under our terms and conditions. Please contact us as soon as you discover the fault via email@example.com. Once we receive the item we will replace or refund the item within 5 days of receipt.

How do I look after my product?
As all of our outerwear is made from 100% natural fibres, extra special care is needed when cleaning our Products. We therefore recommend that all of our outerwear is dry cleaned only. If you already have an item, please read the care label sewn into the inside left seam of your garment for details of how to care for your garment. We have taken all necessary precautions to ensure that our outerwear is displayed in its original colour however, due to the nature of the natural fibres and the lighting used during photography, some colours may vary slightly from computer screen to computer screen and the product may not be to the exact shade shown on your screen.
